Heart Matters (Part 2)

A Word of Advice from Adrienne Clarkson's Mother

Adrienne Clarkson did not think highly about her mother for several reasons but she mentioned this that her mother always advised her "Marry the man who loves you; don't marry the man you love." page 56- Heart Matters

I wish she would elaborate more on it since her first marriage caused her a lot of unhappiness.

To be continued...

What a nice piece of advice!
Once in the past, I have heard it from a wise man, my best friend's father. He used to tell her the very word;
I'm not sure if she has done it or not...
But for sure, she is just happy.

Thank you for remindig me of that nice word again!
Be good.

As a boy, I must love her word of wisdom :D
But I', just afraid if my mother give me the same piece of advice!
oohhh nooo!
BTW if any time I made something uneasy for u, u may simply lend an expression from a friend of mine.
And her phrase in same situations would be "btc"!
Guess what?

Parinaz jon,
There is a saying that "love blinds you" or something like that. Anyway I agree with it and I believe this advice is somehow based on this reality. She didn't really talk about her first marriage and her problems in her book. I know from other sources that she suffered before her divorce. This suffering continued after her divorce as well since her ex didn't give her the permission to see her children at all.

I'm not really expert in "love" but the thought of it is scary and disappointing to marry someone that I don't love. (BUT I'll keep this in mind for now.)

Shobeir, Shobeir, shobeir,,
I hope for any couple a reciprocal love. Whether you are a guy or lady, anyone deserves to love and to be loved.
Don't worry. I don't need to go as far as "btc". ;)
If I don't want to say something, I won't say it, no matter what. Besides what friends are for if they don't challenge you from time to time :)
take care
